:lol: looking forward to seeing this axle come together! What are all the smaller gussets that are similar to the knuckle ball gussets?

See what you mean about the difference in the splines, the machining finish on the shaft looks better as well. Wonder if they have changed who makes them?

The smaller ones are the knuckle ball ones aren't they? The bigger ones look too big.

I was actually just thinking that while looking again! But I guess they are to go on the outside of the spring perches to the knuckle. That's a lot of knuckle gussets in that case :lol: where are they gonna all fit :lol:

Haha !!

Shiny bits make me happy !!

Yeh shafts are a bit odd, from what I can work out they are made completely different, 33 spline cv end, cv are made from some other metal. Splines are pressed not cut. Much stronger.

Gussets are for front axle, big knuckle gussets courteousey of rock watt, there fucking hench. That's going at the bottom. Smaller ones at 2 o'clock and 10 o'clock?! If you get me. Maybe doubled up? Not sure though.

Going to be like the rear, truss will have the u bolts running through it. Got a few other ideas I might try but not to sure....

Reverse rotation front axle..... Maybe?
