Front end looking nice and strong, without being to heavy!

Thanks man. Shouldn’t be that much different to before weight wise for the whole thing.
the old rear bed was built on 8mm mounts, which where heavy, and the steel bed where I’d repaired it was also quite heavy.
The old front bumper was two made into one, so in areas was over 14mm thick, was so heavy for what it was.
The front wings have had an awful lot of material removed as well and thin steel has been used for the inner wings.
So I’m fingers crossed hoping it’s not all massively heavy !

Collection day coming up very soon, just the rear tray back to have the panels made now form ally, then it’s done.
Can’t wait to see it in person !

Few bits done
Mounting rad and nee power steering pipes etc
Mounted the fuel filler in the bed, just got to work out where and how to route the winch wiring now
Fitted a spal electric fan wired it all in.
