Will post what i have tonight...then final fit tomorrow and fitted pic will be up.
here's where im at......
my pipe clamp
cut and welded to plate bracket
got home and worked under the stars and hoped it wouldnt rain!
drilled the holes,placed against the wing and drilled staight throgh...
after marking where the tube went in i chopped and popped it in.....
after takin the snorkle back off i took it to work chopped off the fixed filter and welded on the fixing tabs for the guard
the new filter......

was throwing out some old house speakers when i thought of my 1 lousy speaker in sheila.....so some woodchip mesh and a little paint(nothin speicial as don't want any unwanted attention) and hey-presto........tuneage

that's one way to do it i guess. remember though that your stereo is most likely 4ohms and the speakers 8ohms, it should be fine but there is twice the resistance so the stereo will have to be at twice it's normal volume to produce the same volume that 4 ohm speakers would.

its all good scottie.......dint want to take up any needed space in the back so just seemed the easiest way
there is a difference beteen the two sets but its not that bad,.....plus with the snorkel by the window i need the lil tape player pumpin

hi guys & gals....haven't been upto much apart from gutting my house...but had a couple of spare mins and came up with a new look for my sj,(not original as such) i love the fast back look so am thinkin of gettin rid of the rear of the soft top keeping the rest as a kinda sunroof for those warmer(ish) days and having the fast back rear made in steel....whats yer thoughts.......

Nice bit of photomanipulation there 4eye, you can hardly tell it's not real!
I think it'd look pretty awesome, but it looks like a fair bit of work fitting all that extra tubing.
