Is that a full floater, or just uprated shafts?

Thats the front axle so it'll just be shafts.

Looks well Scottie. Is that the "scrap" hood you ever so carefully removed from Mikes?

I've only fitted my front axle so far, it has trail tough 4340 chromo shafts and CVs in, I'm going to start getting the rear axle ready to go on over the next few weeks, that is a full floater and is being fitted with an ARB air locker :brows:

Cheers Steve

And yeah Jordi that Is the top from mike that I carefully removed

SJ2000 sounds like a Knight Rider car.

"I am the Suzuki Jimny 2000. SJ if you prefer. I am equipped with the latest in Rockwatt fabrication and all terrain technology."
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Will that engine just marry up to your existing transmission, or is there going to be a bit more to it than that?

Should be pretty poky when you get it in there :guns: .

Yeah should go pretty well I think :guns:

All I need is to get a vitara flywheel machined so that it bolts up to the J20a crank, the bell housing pattern is the same so should be a nice and simple swap, the hardest part will be the wiring but even that looks pretty simple, I will need to get an ECU from a manual though because the ECU in the autos also controls the gearbox and will throw up some codes if the auto isn't hooked up.
