Ive had something similar to this and it was the clutch alignment pins that had come out of the flywheel!
Check them when you change the clutch, just in case :)

As Jordi say, its a piss easy clutch change!

In not too bothered if it's the clutch or the release bearing as I've got the full clutch kit, will check the pins when I get round to doing it, I'm guessing that will be this weekend as I can't drive anywhere with no clutch lol

Haha yea I've got breakdown cover, the clutch might have a bit of stress with these meaty tyres lol, can't wait to drive it! Lol
