Flat bed sprinter has tow bar fitted!
I think i'm almost sorted. Other than the diff and bodywork (its ok, its all non urgent).

Who has access to some decent fire wood (some hardwood that will last)
I have some but not the most space in a SWB with a fastback roof.

Pallets burn too fast for fuel. Good for getting it going though.

For slow burning you want actual logs. Depends what you want the fire for. Pallets would do fine for fire so long as you're not planning on keeping it lit for the whole 2 days.

Just like sitting round it semi-comatose at the end of the night and not having to keep feeding it fast burning stuff.

I'll try and get pallets with 3"x3" bearers. May be able to finagle some blocks from work.

some aged hardwood would be ideal. if anyone knows a tree surgeon that would be your best bet. when I used to do tree surgery we had a good supply of aged wood.
