I like it, they are just 15mm copper pipe clips. Couldn't think of any where else to put it without it looking stupid lol
I was thinking it might be the choke, so is it a rebuild kit or a service kit I need, ?
Plus do you think the bdl needle will be ok.

Great idea - I might have to knick the idea, as my front recovery point position kinda means I might crush the number plate with my recovery rope...
And one day I might fit my winch. It's kinda just sitting around waiting to get some love...

Morning
Anton Spend the time on it, fit it you never know you may need it one day.
I've ordered a gasket/seal kit, and a bfm needle and some damper oil. Just got to wait for them to come now, hopefully by this time next week I'll have it running tidy.. Fingers crossed
Cheers

What oil did you order for the damper oil?

Probably proper SU oil. Any straight sae20 weight oil should work though.

fired her up, took a while to fill it up, but once she started and a bit of tweaking, much much better.
and with a bit more tuning with a colour tune, i had the flame nice and blue.
my dad is going to trailer it up to his on the weekend, so i can drive it round his place for a bit, give it a bit of a run in, make sure it's all ok and finish a few little things off. then hopefully everythings ok and he will drop it in for mot early next week.

Cheers chaps.
Right
Been driving it round this afternoon and I've got it running pretty nice.
But to me as your driving along going up through the gears I can still feel I touch of what I would describe as a regular hesitation. Only when the engines under load, not if your just sat there revving it. Also it takes a while to settle back down to idle.
Any ideas, I've been through everything now, it's a lot better but still not 100% I don't think. Or am I expecting to much as I've never driven one before.
Cheers.
