Get second hand ones if not new seals. Because I reckon if you change you them your insurance company might call them a "mod" even though they will be better breaks

Id order seal kit for it. The piston may be fine just seized.

No guarantee if you buy secondhand that they will be any better.

Uprated brakes (jimny / vit calipers) do count as insurance mods as they affect he vehicles performance. My Volvo had AP Racing 4 pot calipers on the front and they had to be declared.

Ok it needs a new seal anyway plus when I looked behind the seal it had loads or rust there I just tiped the caliper up side down and it all fell out

Anybody know what's the best place is to get a seal kit for it they are Asian ones

Can I remove the pads on the siezed caliper and still drive it untill the seal kit comes or is than unsafe

Take the caliper off and get the piston to move in a vice, refit it, and try your brakes again. Do NOT run without pads.

Um that was a stupid question I moved the piston in and out on the vehicle but still having problem

If you can get the piston all the way out, try rubbing the piston with wire wool, and rubbing the piston seal down with brake fluid before putting it back together.

If that doesn't help, then you'll just have to wait for the seal kit.
