Just have a few weeks off mike, you'll get back into it again

I know all about loosing enthusiasm, I've got too many projects that fight for my time as well as trying to get some digging and riding time :screwy: I was doing my Lwb earlier and stopped and said to my dad "I actually think I'm mad this thing's too rotten"

Il be on it tomorrow, parts to sort out first thing and package up and stuff, then whip some bits of some suzukis, il come home and crack on with it :)

Hopefully get the new axle done tomorrow. That's the plan anyway.

Shame about that lwb, the problem is how far do you go to save them? Mine was to bad to save I am the first to admit that. Was never worth doing really in my eyes.

Mike

Nice one! dont forget the pics :rockin: it was worth doing Mike, think about all the skills you've learnt and refined while doing it :doublethumbs:

I think the lwb is too far gone for a proper restoration unless i spend a fortune on panels but I'm still going to weld it up to get it back on the road. my blue on is my only car on the road at the mo so I can't really abuse it offroad as much as I want to  so the Lwb will see daily drive duty, should make a good cheap run around and there's actually space in the back for tools and bikes

Still got my enthusiasm for now.

Especially with those 33s. I'm looking forward to my week off, just a shame it's so far away.

Shame you haven't got any free days Mike, i know i wouldn't be arsed to do any work on a night. I struggle to do even the smallest job when i'm home on a weekend.

Haven't actually had a propper weekend at home for about 5 weeks now. Either working or away.

Sack the breaking for a bit mate. (If i need parts i'll text). Get the bits you need from them and just leave the rest for a bit.

Take a few weekends off and get yours sorted.

yeh i know, i have lots of uni work to be doing as well, and i just started another new job too. so i just have no time. i managed to strip the 8274 the other night, just need to clean it and rebuild it back up.

wheels are back from shot blasting now, so i need to refit the boggers and bolt the beadlocks on, cant do that until i have inner tubes. and i cant seem to find any big enough !!!

the bit i really need to do is the axle, i just need to make the time.
