I'm back from stag dos and holidays now,

Is time for a mechical rebuild I think on the suzuki, transfer box is noisey since I ripped the front output flange off, and axles need to come apart to be inspected, got to fit the China locker as well give that a chance maybe get some steering back !

Got all I need now to build a spare rear axle as my one bent the other week and I had to quickly repair it. So got to truss a tube and fit saddles and rear floating kit to it.

I'm still having battery issues but I thinks it's the winch isolators

Nothing wrong with that. I've got a Yamaha Tri-z in my spare bedroom.

My flat is tiny so not much storage space, my dad wants me to sort all of the crap out that's at his workshop so I need to buy some racking or shelving as outside my front door is like a miniature shed built into the flat. Going to stock pile some of the harder bits to get as one day finding parts will be a knighmare.

Just picked up a transfer box from Sutton, the thing is parts are getting harder to find in decent condition. Lots of the suzukis I've seen recently are abused nearly passed saving.

Good to see the price of them holding though, but then again limits people buying one if the prices are high.

Ouch.....looks like a good day mind.

You sure seem to break a lot of springs Mike, I think you go through them more often than the rest of the forum members combined  I can't help but think it could be something to do with the missing links, none of the guys that have them pinned up or that don't run them seem to have any issues like that.
