Hey, nice work. That'll look pretty smart when it's done. What did you cut up for the inside wheelarch?

thanks,i have cut out the inner arch due to the tyres catching on the up travel and as i want more up travel i need more room, the joys of a virtual lift
it may keep the truck low but brings alot of work if you want flex,at the moment i have 2" of up travel and 8" of down travel on the shocks and i would like 4"-6" of up travel as well as 8" of down travel

I meant what did you put in to fill the hole after you cut out the old arch. It looks like a panel fom somethingelse that's been cut up.
Yeah, I can see why you'd want more than 2" of up travel. I reckon that's probably about the standard movement with standard wheels, isn't it?

oh right, standard it has more than 2" up travel but i had to limit that to 2" because the tyres are 6"s taller overall and i only have a 2" spring lift
first pic with standard size tyre,29" tall and secound pic with 33" tall tyre,im now running 35"tyres

Now that is a rather spiffy looking conversion. It all looks so neat and tidy compared to when I did mine.
Gona run the Zuk to xmas and hopefully get some garage time while Im off and tidy the bits you can't see up, I'm fairly sure these are where it's leaking.
Keep up the good work.
Jordi
