had a play with the bleed valve today,its now holding 15psi but pushing 17psi on hard acceleration as the waste gate cant cope with the extra gas's going though it so on the spare turbo i will open the hole up more,also as its pushing more boost im getting what they call waste gate flutter,you can just hear it in the drive by vid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Click Here for Youtube Video
time will tell,only one way to find the limit and thats to go past it and brake something then you will know what the limit is then

i knew there was something i had to get from work so i done bit of a hack job on it

it goes sooooooo much better now even before the waste gate opens up,i can redline it easy in the first 3 gears

so can it get through the mot allright and emission just read on the internet and got mixed answers
anyway sod the mot , i only care about the sound

the waste gate should not open just being reved so it should be ok but screamer pipes are illegal in this country i am lead to beleave ,mine is not finished yet as i will redirect it back into the exhaust but i want a removeable pipe so when im offroad i can dissconect it

fitted my diff guard today,i reused the old gasket but i think it needs a new one ,i also changed my front brake pads as they are getting low and its started to pull to one side ,it looks like the sliders are starting to stick so i had to give them a clean
