I bought them online/over the phone last December. I don't have the emails any more. I'm thinking I could probably get a statement from the bank with the transaction on it.

I think you Dazerede and Jay18 and anyone else you can find need to team up and hassle these guys together and tell them a replacement isn't goodenough!

Since everyone on the forum that I'm aware of who has these springs has had the same problem, I would definitely recommend getting a refund, based on the fact that the springs were obviously not fit for purpose.
A product being "not fit for purpose" makes a refund a legal obligation.
Team up, get your money back, and get a bulk discount on new springs by buying together. From somewhere that is selling tried and tested springs.
In fact, I would start a thread about it.

Ye my springs are coming of tmoz apparently they have to test them and go from there I want a refund but they just say we have to test them and ho from there
If you want there email address I will post it on.here
Also I will make a thread to show how crap these springs are and to worn people about them
Hoefully I might get a set of iron man's in a couple of weeks for a good price

my front springs are in good condition its just the rears that are shit but im hoping my cousin doesnt want the iron man springs and sells them to me i hope

The only issue with Llama springs is that I'm not after 2.5 inches of lift; I just want standard height springs.
