Not quite yet, I've got a feeling I'm going to have make new lower stands for the seats to bolt to, putting them in as they are my hair is touching the roof, one good bump and it's going to hurt.
I'm not sure about mot, I've got a feeling I'll have to have it checked by the dvla, as they got funny about the engine change and I have to have that verified by a independent garage before they will change the log book. Other than the seats, it's the bonnet I've got to finish, a bit of wiring, painting and shocks.
Picking up a battery charger to tomorrow, as the battery's flat, and put radiator fluids in and she's good to run. Finished off the rad switch tonight. So need the battery to test before I run it up.

Looking good buddy. How come you have mounted your water switch up that way? i'm pretty sure the instructions said to mount it n the side? that's if its the same one what i have (looks the same)

It's a sealed thermoswitch so should make no difference what way up it is
it won't know or care, all it does is react to heat.
Think you might be getting confused with it being mounted in the top or bottom hose tom

my thinking was, if i put it that way in, its allways going to have water on it, but am i right in putting it in the top hose?

top hose is your hot hose all the time, so this is where you want to position a fan switch. bottom hose is cold water feeding the engine

Yea, top = hot, so it shall stay there. Checked the paper work that came with it, doesn't mention a orientation, just how to wire it up.
Got a question tho. Just checked and there is no thermostat in the manifold. I'm thinking I should pop one back in as I've got the correct rad on it now. ? Any thoughts
