To be honest thats not a bad repair list really.

Wheel bearing dosent take long at all and if the brake line is in an accessable position its pretty easy aswell.

The emissions you have covered elsewhere.

Dan.

I was quite suprised I only got 2 advisorys. No new carb yet but passed the emissions with ease this time.

Now taxed and insured too. Quite surprised with the cost of the insurance, only £385 with Adrian Flux. I'm only 22 and all mods declared.

Well not 40 miles since the MOT and the head gasket has gone yet again :argh: :pissed: I started stripping down the engine this afternoon. Hopefully this will be the last time I have to replace the head gasket. As they say 3rd times the charm.

Are you using cheap gaskets or proper Suzuki ones? A hilux owning mate of mine is always telling me to avoid fleabay gaskets and get OEM ones, because cheap ones are crap (or so he says - I couldn't say from personal experience either way).

I don't know what was used before as I didn't do it. I'm gonna do it myself this time, so it'll get done properly.
