That's an awesome zook you have there, love what you've done to it and its really gonna turn heads!!!
I'd love it if you made a build thread, and I'm sure everyone else would as well!
I also love the bike carbs
No worries, appreciate you taking the time to post.
The bike carbs is what got me back into the Zooks again. I had a band new TT in 87 didn’t really care for it that much and shortly got rid of it. There really weren’t any mods to do to them to make them cool back then.
Like I was saying the bike carbs got me interested again. I was lurking on a thread for the bike carbs and didn’t like all the bickering and bad design of the intake. Never posted either because I had something completely different in mind would have caused more bickering.
I bought a Zook and build the intake from a solid piece of 35lbs of 6061 Al. When it was done it weighed in at 8lbs about the same as the stock intake. I decided to build a motor up to accommodate the bike carbs and the 2nd rig that I was putting the 38’s on.
The motor has over 100 HP with the mods. This should get the beast rolling anyway..
Need to get some more people weigh in on the build thread before I start one. This type of novelty Rig tends to make people upset just by looking at it. I also only have dialup and it tends to be a long laborious volume of work to keep up with.
Thanks for your positive thoughts.
