I think my zook might just about make it there!
It's made it to High Wycombe several times before, might have to have an overnight stop there with some clubbing involved

Looks good, ill hopefully be there.
My house is in Coventry so you'd be welcome to come round for a bbq. Will make sure the beer fridge is stocked up.
Probably be better at the campsite though as then you don't have to drive to the campsite after. Sadly garden isn't large enough for loads of tents, and there isn't enough bedrooms in the house for everyone lol.
Can always drive to the campsite with a crate or two of ice cold beers
If you want me to find a decent campsite around the area I can have a look for you.
If you want any lanes from the local area should have them on memory map somewhere.

Just thought I'd make use of the new Google maps feature... this is sort of where wagtail is!

And this is exactly where it is
You can see the 2 main sections of the course top and bottom of photo. You could/can play in the woods at the north site.

Well I know this is supposed to be a weekender but given the crappy weather most people have been getting I think a one day event would be better. Next year a weekender yes. This being the case I'm going to push for Aldermaston, I've only ever taken photos there but know that the site is mud/gravel based and is therefore drivable all year round regardless of the weather. The site has something for all abilities so you can only tackle what you feel safe with. I do know the the hard sections are roll gage only on there play days so not sure where you stand if hiring the site. It has water but these bits are designed so the water level only reaches a curtain hight and then runs off. You will find the odd deeper/boggy bit if you go looking though. I don't know the hire cost but I would think that around 20 cars at £20 each would be needed to hold the event. I'm also going to suggest that if any profit could be made that would be great and would go to team chaos (Macmillan Cancer) as the Core event has been cancelled. This site is near Reading so is a little further south but most members seem to be down south anyway. Please give some feedback so we can have an idea what you guys want. Cheers - Darrell.
Plenty of my photos of the site (Harbour Hill) can be found here

well my sj will be finished in a few weeks and I'm going over Dans all weekend to help him get it sorted so I think we'll still manage to squeeze something in this year! even if it's just a meet up at a normal pay and play day somewhere?
Who is happy to travel to harbourhill? I certainly am

My SJ should be done by the end of October... I'm hoping anyway! Christmas meet in the snow would be fun
