Tramp wrote:Brilliant Robbie, that winch on the front is just comical! What's your next job on it? It'll be great when it's done, do you think you'll keep the 800cc or upgrade to the f10 instead?
The winch his great isn't it, but don't worry mr angry will take care of it.

Next job is the front axle. Its got a 410 axle on there now with spring over, hence the stance  . I'm putting a original LJ one on there, thanks go to Scottie, with discs.

Then I just want it legal and on the road, once registered then I might go full strip down

We're going to cheat by fitting an f10 and pistons into an f8 to make it look original but have a 970cc capacity

Been getting some stuff done.
How it looks at the moment

Few bits wire brused with the angle grinder and painted

Not sure what's going on here, must be to make sure of maximum crud intake of the steering damper

And thanks to Scottie for the parts and the link, my hybrid half shafts, LJ shafts and bearings with SJ stubs. For the all important disc conversion

Having problems posting pic :er: I have been doing stuff, honest, but it's slow going.
Front axle is rebuilt, painted and on, need to pull the diff out, as I now know it's got a 410 diff in the rear. Need to sort out a short steering bar, short one from box to arm up front, also need some ball joints on the drag link. Now got the rear axle out, will clean, paint and replace seals and stuff.
Have put a pic on the Facebook page, will put some more on there until I can sort posting on here
