I have had a reply from
http://www.core4x4 near chichester, they can hire out the site between 10am and 4pm, it is £10 per vehicle on the site with a minimum of 15 being there to make the day worth while, but as long as the £150 minimum is reached. That is based on doing our own recovery and marchelling, but i figure we wud be ok without that. But if we have our own marchells they take no responsability for what happenes on site, if we want them providing recovery etc it will cost abit more. a mobile toilet can be provided at £40 to cover cleaning etc, and a burger van can be arranged to be onsite. If we have the site it has to be on the 1st or last sunday of the month as its in use on the 2nd and 3rd.
Camping is not available on site, but there is a local caravan and campsite in Emsworth town which is about 15 mins away.
what are people feelings on this?

They way i figure it is that its a 30 acre site, so provided most people had a tow strop we could do our own recovery. The only problem would be if somebody rolled! I dont know if anybody on here or if anybody who would be attending would have a winch. Marshelling, If we went round in groups of two or three we could marshel each other, send one of you to the top of a blind sumit on foot, to check it out make sure no one els comes up the other direction, the others then drive it and then wait for the other to tackle it, altho that does now sound abit long winded, but is just an idea.

im not to fussy where it is cuz us lot from north wilts can convoy it. Maby one truck beside scotty holding his wheels on!
Think it would be really good to get camping and bbq as the whole point in what we are trying to do is a social aswell as the offroading. Suppose camping off site isnt the end of the world but im sure ur all aware that large groups dont go down well on all campsites
