Got a few more bits in the post recently... new air filter. Mainly only wanted so I can seal it up.
it will be getting a foam filter internal :)

Given the ratio on the old regulators i bet
that they must fly up and down.

Yep thats the kit. Im not sure why I bought them either to be honest, just thought it would be a bit of a funky mod

Andy you're right they do FLY!!!
I was wondering last night why they started going really really slowly, thought something was broken but NO... flat battery!

I did have to replace the regulators and the clamp bits that go on the bottom of the window as well.

Dead easy to install.
3 holes drilled for the winder end, 2 holes for the motor end, then drill a hole in the door for the wires (i had one anyway for the central locking)
The only issue was where I had to screw the motor onto the door panel from inside the door (with a screwdriver bit in a small socket wrench), and then cut off the sharp points of the screws with a grinder so they didn't poke through the new door cards

Well I started on the drivers door today, got the new mechanism in, and the motor half mounted. Should have it finished with a nice new door card on there tomorrow.
Also removed the old shitty headlights in prep for the new LED jobbies :D
