Yeah. All 3 mounts are same size. I never compared the ones i took off. Bolt thru mounts have 2 rubber bushes in the middle, i might try one rubber bush in and see how it goes. Think i need to tilt the box slightly forward.

Cheers

It should be fine with all the mounts the same thickness, I used to run some mounts that were all the same

I need to have a good look at it Scottie. Since i put those new mounts in the change lever is braying off the transfer tunnel in 4wd Hi.

I dont think anything is bent as it was working fine.

When i've got time i'll get it lifted up and take look.

Seats collected. Power steering has arrived. Alternator doesn't fit!

Phoning Dave tomorrow to order new springs.

As soon as things start happening i'll post some pics and details on the how to and most likely, how not to.

Just lift springs £495 from Llama. I'm already running rancho shocks and extended braided hoses.

From a bit of research on here and a few chats with Dave. Standard length shocks should be ok. I've only gone for 1.5s so i can fit 33s if i want to later on. I've already done a virtual lift to fit the 31s on.

I say just springs its +1.5" springs, poly bushes (for the MOT man) and new u bolts.

Kool I've already got Monroe shocks on mine and they are 2 inch longer so I might look for longer braided hoses and then new springs :D

Llama do brake hoses bit pricey but made to order stainless braided. Plus i can't fault Dave's service.

It was a long search many classified and ebay ads e-mailed many scrap yards phoned. It all paid off and i found all four bump stops.

Chap wanted cash only, so as much as i wasn't quite sure for £15 i risked it and sent the money recorded. Just checked the royal mail website and it's been delivered.

Fingers crossed i will have them by the end of the week.

Add that to the list to do. I'm off next friday as i've got a plasterer and joiner in to finish the new kitchen off.

Who knows, i might make a start on the box loads of spares i've accumulated.
