hi yall.....just checking in with todays progress......i started with the number plate to see what kinda space i had after,,,
ImageImageImage
i borrowed a holesaw kit off work....cut the hole smaller then wizzed out to suite a tight fit as the fixing holes were pretty dam close to the edge
ImageImageImageImage
all holes drilled and managed to not hit any pillers :rockin: time to fit the lights....
ImageImage
painted them black to blend in as the silver stood out too much
ImageImageImageImage
now that was all fitted i needed to put the speaker board back in the tailgate but had to pack it out as it now fouled on the lights.....so made a frame
Image
put throgh holes in the pillers for the electrics
ImageImage
all done......!!!! just need someone to figure out what wires what as i jus cant remember!!! :er:  :er:

And look scottie....i saved the sticker :doublethumbs: :doublethumbs: :doublethumbs:

spent a few hrs on the old girl today....finished the wiring for the fag lighter for the tom tom, made a bracket for the fog light, fitted and all wired up on bullet connecters so its easy to remove and rewire the tail gate fog . took off the rear section of the exhaust to take in to work to fill a lil hole. did a much needed oil change and noticed one my fuel line on the carb has weathered to the point of no return so needs replacing. so that and a few other things on the todo list for next saturday inc the breaks.

no pics of todays work as my phone dint save what i took........

I might be wrong on this but aint the indicator lamps supposed to be the closest to the outside of the vehicle.

Looking good though. Cant see there being a problem with that fog. The only rules are on the drivers side of in the center of the vehicle.
