Its definitely a larger repair but easier in the long run.
Everything was rusted bent missing siliconed or bodged
I crap you not the area near the fuel neck had 4 layers of 1.2mm steel!
One area of repair caught me and the grinder by surprise
Resulting in the disc exploding. Quick check of the jugular
And the gentlemens region for damage and carry on.

New boots arrived today from 4x4tyres.co.uk
Will get the bodywork done for now then truss the rear axle
Fit the arb and full float kit.
Also fuel fill neck housing has been removed. It looked a bit
Close to where the new inner arch will be so ive removed it and wil
Refit it but rotated a few degrees clockwise to give a bit of
Better clearance for the filler pipe.

Looking absolutely spot on Andy! If only my work looked that tidy. Luckily for me they invented body filler.

Boot floor FAIL
turns out that big bit of steel ive cut up and been
Faffing around with for a few hours isnt the 1.5/1.6
I asked for its 1.2. Didn't even think to check.
Is just to flimsy for the floor as a flat area.
Will salvage what I can and collect some thicker
Material tomorrow.
Fudge sticks

As Marge would say 'Fudgy Nutkins'
Still looks epic on 33's.

So today
I popped out to remove a carbed vit inlet manifold that can
Be sent of to Richard for modding.
Also collectex the 2mm sheet for floor 2.0. So today im where I
Should have been yesterday. Floor has been plug and stitch
Welded for good measure. Taken a while as I want to
Keep the panel as true as possible so ive avoided as much
Warpage/pulling as possible. The floors in now with weld through primer
Between each joint.
