I forgot how sensitive it is welding to suzuki tin foil! Kept blowing holes even on the lowest setting!

I did some welding on Tims the other week and it wasn't too bad. I've got a shit load to do on my shell in the next few weeks. Patience and a little bit at a time.

I did up my first SJ which needed loads of welding, trouble is that was 4 years ago and I used a friends welder. Now I have my own but it's not the best! A bit more patience required it think and possibly a smear of filler after to make it look nice! As long as its solid I guess it'll be ok!

Solid and well painted / treated to keep the rust out.
