ahh okay thanks! i was watching a video about some starters having shims on them? do the 410 have shims? and as one of the other members said it could be to close to the block? as when you crank it over it seems really tight to spin over as before it had the clutch change it turned over freely?

i'd change that battery quick unless you want to end up dribbling battery acid everywhere

Done that today haha and I sorted the starter out now but since iv done that Iv got no spark at the ignition points now :(
