Probably need to extend chassis stops 50mm.

Try it. As long as it hits the stop before the spring goes past flat or the shackle gets to 90deg it'll be fine.

If your shackle gets to 90deg before the spring is flat it means the spring is longer than the gap between the hanger and shackle at full extend so your spring ends up doing all kinds of bad things. Hope that makes sense.

Are the chassis stops the bits that the bump stops hit against? If so I can just weld on some 50mm box section yea?

Um not sure best option is to jack it up and when the springs go flat thats how big the bumpstop needs to be mate
