Oh another thing...referring to Helen's 410 my old one stopped on a penny. Massive front discs and no weight does help!

Yes, the fronts are usually bigger - which is why I'm fitting the smaller vit calipers to the rear of my SJ, to make the rear less likely to lock up.donkeychomp wrote:I always thought brakes are 70/30 biased to the front discs (could be wrong, have been many times).
