shackle angle on lift springs problem?

decided to stop moaning and bash on, need something done with the arches and i'm not completely happy with the shackle angle but its got to be better than knackered springs and add-a-leafs? what can you do to improve the angle? i might move the mounts forward? or even just re-drill the holes if theres enough room?
this is with just the fronts on... (i have no idea why i reversed up)
