Not that I'm ignoring the fact that those two guys were seriously injured but it's a shame that the chassis, axles, boxes and possibly engine too are going to go to scrap. That's be a perfect bed for building a Rowfant onto.

Unstable or not, that was upside down through a hedge. The instability issues, which WERE proved false, didn't cause that. I think they swerved to avoid something and went virtually end over end rather than a barrel roll because the nose was closer to the road. If it had gone over sideways wouldn't the nose have been pointing into the field? Plus there's a tree in the way so it couldn't have come from the direction it was facing relative to the road unless it was going backwards.

The more I think about it the more certain I am that that SJ flipped end over end when the nose hit the hedge bottom.

Well no shocks on the front wouldn't help matters, watch the vid again I can't see any.

I realised that I'm friends with the kid who's SJ this is on Facebook and he was driving. All I'm going to say is that it sounds like he's going to be in a lot of trouble with the police.

Does anybody know how there doing? It did say that one was in a critical condition. I asked on facebook but didn't get a reply.

Possibly no shocks and lift shackles, not a good combination if say a deer ran out, at that time of night.
It did say they went off the road before overturning, but as you can see the trees aren't going to do you any favours.
