Thanks guys! Im always open to advice and opinions thats the whole idea of joining. Definatly gona look into halfshafts maybe build on a pair of strong axels of the truck then just roll them under when i am done.

I think you might be better off re gearing the diffs with some 5.12:1 vitara ring and pinions and then a rocklobster to be honest, it will take the strain off the rest of the transmission and then get a rocklobster built by rockwatt to give you 4.16:1 low ratio it will work out cheaper and give you a good reduction.
Or the 5.12 diffs and a 6.1:1 tbox would work really well.

just been reading up on this and looks like a good option gonna have look for some front diffs on ebay and get to mork fitting them! may aswell up rate half shaft whilst i am in there i suppose? whats your thoughts on using a complete rear axel from vit and welding some perchs on it?

The Vit rear axle is a good option as it has a bigger, stronger diff. However it is quite a bit wider than a front samurai axle and then if you converted it to a full floater it would end up another 3" wider. One option would be to get it cut down to the same length as a samurai rear axle and then it would also end up with an offset diff. Abdul from the raging rhinos in Kent does this for a pretty good price.
You will need uprated shafts either way with 37

I was onto Rockwatt the other day and his prices for new gears are pretty competitive. Saves having to source a 410 box.
As mine was so cheap i'm just getting the gears cut. He can supply and fit all different ratios. It was the first time i spoke to him and much like some of the chaps on here, a fountain of knowledge!
I think so long as you've got cash he can make anything you want. Quite pleased he's only at Scunthorpe.
As i intend spending as much as i can for the next few months till i have to save for family stuff.

Nice! Do have to ask is this one going to be road legal or just for pay and play days etc? If its not gonna be road legal then there's a few things if recommend doing to get it lower and that will help its offroad performance.
