Front drums? That means it's a Type 1. That's actually quite rare.

I agree. That would make a very nice show-car if it was restored. Being a type 1 it's got to be an X or Y on the 1962 to 1983 reg system.

Problem being it's a tin top that's had the whole rear section of roof cut off!

i think its sucha shame people go around cutting the back of tin tops off there is plenty of soft tops around!.

by the looks of it this one was chopped a loooong time ago.

its an A plate so possible the last of the drum types. its very very rotten. would love to restore it but to many projects at the moment. the last 410 in dunstable being bronken up was a y plater too :thumbdown:

I misread and thought they were trying to charge 400 smackers for that dodgy roof thing - not the 410...

I did think about trying to make a giant "LOL" out of them, bit I was just too darn lazy...
