cool cool! well i'll make sure i bring the book of lies along with me next weekend, what days are you working on it? lol sounds like when i did my snorkel, it took ages!
lol those pics don't actually justify the full extent of how much welding there was to do either! lets just say it was very very rotten and a lot worse than we thought it was when Karl bought it! that'll teach us for looking over an sj in the dark!

yeah thats right NEVER LOOK AT A SJ IN THE DARK lol....... it was kind of fun in a stressful way doing all that welding
but i know now its all solid again and won't rust for a very long time
i will be putting all weekend on it again to do the bumper and get it finished i hope

its totally beyond me how someone can do so much work in such a short space of time! Fairplay to you mate.

been busy again this weekend didn't get as much done as i wanted as had to work sat but got the door mirrors on and checker plate door cards,rocker gasket,and made me a new bumper

That looks a realy posh bumper, have you considered puting some recovery point on where the bumper is fixed to the chassis, just sone eyes so you can put some shackles on, they would be nice and strong just there! just a thought!

cheers..did think about recovery points dan but i have a tow bar that bolts to the same place as bumper so going to leave them for now see how it goes and maybe put some on later cheers
yeah scottie def worth the time i spent on it just can't wait to see it on all wired up..... job for nxt weekend

failed on handbrake needs adjusting, emmisions, and passenger door wont open from outside. Going to germany for rock am ring but will be back on tues and take it 4 a retest on weds! Cant wait to go break it!
That bumper looks something really special. If i had half ur fabrication skills i would be chuffed!
