I love my add-a-leafs scott 
Mainly cos I got them for £30 or something ridiculous like that! I've found that with astra shocks they work quite well!!!
No signs of springs bending yet and I've had them on for over 18 months

like I said some people have run them with good results, other people have had bad results and taken them off a few months later. It all depends on the condition of the rest of the leaves in the packs really.
