ahh please, i used to live 600 miles away from home at work, i managed it home for some sort of family gathering at 'christmas'

I had a look on mapquest and if Drumclog is where I think it is (just east of Kilmarnock) it's 379.74 miles away from Reading town center.. So round trip would be 759.48 miles.

Mapquest says 666.49 miles.. That is a trek :thumbup: Not everyone can do long trips like that :salute:

I,ve done Assen to Wolverhampton..about 800 miles in one day.
Also did Portsmouth to Zakinthos just over 2000 miles each way, on the return leg I was running out of money so I did it in one hit..Just stopping for fuel (and coffee).. Was tired after that.

Would love to do the long way round.(But not in one hit)
