I still say stick with what you got, find someone with some 31s to see if you can get them to fit with some minor arch bashing and spend the money on a rock lobster :doublethumbs:

I want more lift god dammit! lol

Would rather get more lift with the bigger tires than mod the arches. A rocklobster is on the shopping list for sure but as I have a 410 transfer box, unless that fails the rocklobster is a fair way down my list ;)

So, with that in mind, what is your best suggestion to get the extra lift? Regardless of both your views on not bothering lol

The flex shackles would be good with a lockrite or difflock then? ;)

A guy on difflock (and probably on here) has said he probably has a lockrite coming up for sale soon, have asked him to let me know as soon as, then i can have fun going round rounderbouts sideways! lol

I don't think you should bother ;)

I will laugh so hard when we find a tree branch you can't fit under :P

I think you should just make some 1" lift shackles to begin with. Shouldn't have too much of an effect on your steering, should be relatively cheap, and you can do the whole lot with an angle grinder and a drill

Then you will be at 4" lift. Should be enough for 31s easily.

... and also you don't have the cojones to go that sideways :P

Unless I'm following the man who likes to just randomly drive through the middle of wood's then I shouldn't get stuck.

But OK, maybe ill meet halfway and just get 1" lift with the flex shackles, sorry twiss but... would rather get those than some normal 1" shackles ;)

The shocks wont really make a huge amount of difference... its the springs that have to bend

See, from everything i was reading last night on various forums, the shocks can make a difference. You saying they dont at all really?

Not worthing the money getting some new ones?

Also need to sort some new wheels and wheel spacers, as Jamie pointed out... mine are REALLY not safe!

They have put a small spacer in an flipped the standard rims, the thread only goes halfway up the nut to keep them on!! Not Good im sure you will agree!

EDIT: You can move all my posts to a new thread if you like as it has gone way off topic and im sure i have many other questions not relating to reverse shackles ;)
