Might be worth havng a look around your breakers for vitartas. If they have the starters on them and one is skinny, then its worth gettting.

I might have a look in my local ones for you tomorrow.

Cheers Henry. Il have a look round some scrap yards in the week.

Are they on any particular modal vitara, or is it just pot luck?

Got another quick engine swap question for you all. On the vitara engine there is a big metal gasket between the engine and the gear box do i need to re use this? or can i just bin it? as the new adapter plate will be doing the same job.

I have got a picture of it on my phone but cant seem get it off :x

Thats ok then, iv already thrown it at the neighbours dog. :P

Fly wheel, and new clutch are in and ready to go.

Just need to get the dizzy on now. Unfortunately there is no timing mark on the bottom pully :roll: So could be a bit of a pain in the arse.
