I don't actually have any of those things :P
I'm thinking to put the AC in the gypsy eventually, but not much point until i can find a nice lwb hardtop

Got myself and engine and gearbox today for €40 bringing the running total to £162.
Gearbox is 4 speed and needs a new shifter sheet. There's a new clutch on it, and starter.
Engine is missing a few bits... cam and crank pulleys, rocker cover, water pump, timing belt, water pump.
Some I will obviously buy new and scottie has offered to supply me with other bits. Just need to get some bike carbs ;)
My friend here has got 2 gypsies worth of parts he wants rid of so will be able to get all the body parts cheap.

Removed the nasty ruined recaros for now and cleaned the inside a bit. Doesn't look that bad

Looks pretty good to me.

What are these worth when up and running in malta?

Gypsies seem to go for around €1500 when ready to drive. Some better examples go for €2000, say if they have the Toyota diesel engine in them, which is very popular here.
On the other side you can get a dog for around €1000. Only issue is some Maltese seem to overvalue everything. I went to look at one... he wanted €1800 for it, basically stock, but with the diesel engine. The engine and gearbox would go for about €500-600 on its own, but he still wanted nearly €1000 for it with no engine, and it was more rusty than my one!!!
