I put a new front exhaust on the SJ...nice and quiet now!! Or you'd think so but I'd forgotten how noisy the BF muds are on the road...not annoying but the noise of them had been drowned out by the blowing exhaust

Spent much of the weekend detailing my other toy as it's entered in a concours competition this evening. Looks gorgeous...just gotta drive it the 25 miles without getting too much sh1t on it. Quick once over when I get there and hope for the best....

I've been busy helping setup and enjoying a little local music festival.

Did manage to sneak in a few quick repairs from our little local weekend out we had. Replaced front sidelights and indicators with little sealed LED jobs as two had been ripped off on a particularly tight lane.

Next up is fitting a waterproof marine/boat amp I bought as I've got fed up with killing head units.

Amp will be tucked away somewhere with just a volume knob on the dash and a 3.5mm jack somewhere out of harms way for a phone/mp3 player.

Frees up the old single din for another switch panel, means I will now be able to hear the CB which is in the ashtray slot with the speaker facing down and I get a bit of amplification for my speakers too.

It's all about Trails for me, have a spot in Bath and ride with the Pumpy and Bitch boys from Bristol a lot. I do ride parks and street now and again though.

Ahh sweet!

Josh Williams and that? I grew up riding/ chilling those boys down hengrove. they all went dirt mad after a while on concrete! built some sick trails down here over the past few years though that I'm sure you know of in a "un spoken place" Was riding with him a few weeks ago at rush skate park.

I do love trails but I've been brakeless for too long now, as soon as I get on the trails I get too loose aha!
