Why junk the spacers for offset rims? Chances are they won't be 100% true and you'll have wobbly wheels like the junk I got from Ray. Can you not just get fatter rims? Or stick with what you have...

I don't want cut and shut ideally, a few companies I've seen do offset wheels brand new...didn't know if I was missing any other brands that do a similar thing.

I'd been wanting some new wheels for a while, so I thought why not go offset

I would rather run offset wheels over spacers any day.

Remember you can buy them mass produced and not all offset wheels are built by an idiot

Tbh if your Sj isn't lifted that much I wouldn't worry about having too much offset, just enough for the thres to clear the springs at full lock is perfect.

You've always got the option to fit Samurai axles with vitara R&P's. Your 410 will have the same spring spacing and axle width I had, I made new spring seats and put Sammy axles on my 413 for the same reason. Moving the pivot point outwards means the front wheels turn in a more "natural" arc, and don't rub as much.

I'm not sure it's an option that's going to suit you really, especially knowing that you want to keep your 410 relatively standard, but I thought I'd mention it in case (long shot) it suited your needs better.

Pretty sure stock wheels have 0 offset so a -30 wheel should be the same as running 30mm spacers on stock wheels, plus they're 1.5" wider than stock wheels so the outer rim would be an extra .75" further out.

I smeared it on my face for the photo at the 2013 meet after dropping Scottie's shackle pin in 3 feet of sloppy goop, diving in after it and coming up empty but muddy.

Was a good day!
