The Vitaras with carb were made from 88 onvards to 98.
From what I remember in the UK the last carb models were in 1992 or 1994.

One of my friends had a K reg on carb and another had an L reg on injection I would say that's about right

I think they were selling the carb and EFI models along side each other for a couple of years.
