robbie....you'll probably be surprised to here it only cost me time :clap: :doit: :clap:, the company that i work for are sound as f#~k!
usually anything i need(providing its for me and thy have lots of it) i can usually have it and make it during my lunch break!
the tube was old stock and the sliders was 3mm m/s sheet, i desighned and fabricated both but and had our press operator bend the first section for my sliders.

VERY HAPPY SO FAR!!! 8-) :lol: 8-)

Just cut some gusset's for the top of the cage and also have trimmed my self off some mesh to place between the cage roof! :mrgreen:

I ordered them from llama.......Think his name is dave....very sound bloke! :lol: 8-).


Well i finished the cage...minus the mesh! fitted the new to me seats and took back the arch's to see what
i would be working with on my next visit.......pleasntly surprised! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

Not much rust at all!!! i still have the passenger footwell to do but that will be done with the archs

Just a quick update as i'm currently boarding out my attick.

All arches are welded and clean...the mesh is in place,she is now black(hammer finish), and the cage is lumo orange!

Left to do......... Weld up the passenger foot well as i forgot to do it before i painted :oops: :lol:
need to get another can of lumo spray as i ran out...plus its not quite bright enough yet:lol: :lol: ,fit the shocks(may spray them too...lumo of course)Fit the light guards, then the chequer arch's...then its just putting the trim back on and the soft top...! :twisted:

O.......and also the legal part...log book needs sending off due to colour change,a phone call to the insurer's for the mod's and tax... 8-)

and pic's will be posted when i have few mins to get a pc. :-)
