I think this is interesting and that maybe any potential problems could be engineered out. If it was a 2 section laminate say, then if the main one goes it was designed wrong. Noting std springs are fixed cross section steel and that is why they are laminated up - but with a composite you can have a progressive increase in cross-area along spring to centre. The problem is gambling on them being sorted. But these days the idea of leaf springs made of steel and getting rusty must be wrong so if someone can develop and test a synthetic/composite solution it could be very good indeed I think. There are plenty of bikes and race cars using composites in very high stress applications, and steel fatigues anyway. Liking the sound of these, maybe the original ones went cos there was so little demand?
If anything develops Rhino I may be intertested (not King's ransom interested, just normal-like
)

The rears seem to be pretty well sorted, they have been proven over 5-6 years, it seems that the fronts are still best avoided.
