Re: samurai brake servo options?
Have you managed to sort this yet? I'm using a different engine but have the same servo issue. I thought I could just remove the spacer and shorten the push rod but found the booster stud pattern doesn't match the bulk head
Re: samurai brake servo options?
It's the same as the sj one.....bolts straight up, no mods needed to the servo/bulkhead etc. Unless like me you had a 410 that didn't originally had a servo.twiss wrote:Yeah thats the same one Ive got but a bit more visible
Probably easier to get the right one than modify the wrong one lol

Can you not just drill new holes through the bulkhead??Kiwibrad wrote:Have you managed to sort this yet? I'm using a different engine but have the same servo issue. I thought I could just remove the spacer and shorten the push rod but found the booster stud pattern doesn't match the bulk head

I took another look at the servo in the wkend and it actually only has 2 studs threaded into it. I guess it could be drilled and fix in a couple of rivnuts and re drill the bulkhead for the other 2 if it came to it but if a second hand servo is not to expensive I would sooner take that option.ScottieJ wrote:Can you not just drill new holes through the bulkhead??Kiwibrad wrote:Have you managed to sort this yet?
