There's been quite a few...mainly magazine related, but some dirtier...

Ford Fiesta and Escort

Toyota Emina (palindrome of enima...)

Skoda Fabia, pretty obvious really

Mini Mayfair (what were they thinking?)

Honda Jazz...mag

all I can think of at the moment but I know there's loads more!

A couple of foreign language mistakes:

Vauxhall/Opel Nova - "no va" = "no go" in Spanish. Quite accurate, really, not sure why they changed to Corsa :)

Toyota MR2 in France: pronounced M-air-deux... the Toyota Merde.

There was a Honda model called the Honda Fitta some years ago I remember. In Swedish Fitta is a non-family-friendly term for the female sex organ.
