I love those wire brush discs, but they are f**king dangerous!!!
Always seem to end up pulling 1-2" long bits of brush out of my hands/arms

yeas, they are verry dangerous, especially if they are run without a guard on the grinder. I had one grab my shirt, and wind up in it, and then the motor just stalled luckily. and I quickly pulled the plug. expected to see a lot of blood and gore, but luckily I was fine, it did reck my shirt and singlet though! also skinned countless knuckles and fingers with them too :D

Getting a little closer to getting this finished :) ive recently started a new job at an engineering company and have took the sj to work to get it finished before xmas fingers crossed!, plans have changed on the engine, ive sourced a corsa 1.5td cheap and hopefully picking up a conversion kit up next week with a rhino ray/ muddyzook custom gearbox. ive got the 410 engine out and started to underseal the engine bay, cut down the roof rack the other day and started mounting some lights to it. Also dropped on another 410 possibly for parts or may rebuild it if i can get hold of a logbook for it.

Pics and more updates to follow :)

Collecting the conversion kit this friday so will hopefully have the engine in over the weekend, also picked up another 410 for spares so will be listing a load of bits in the sales section soon.

Muddyzook never did a derv conversion gearbox? If it's a cut n shut it's probably rhino rays, I've never liked how that's done as you can't split the gearbox case if there's an issue.
