BRAKES

Post by Jean Louis » Sat Aug 09, 2014 8:30 pm

Hi all, I am new to Suzuki and have a question about brakes. I have a 2001 Suzuki (Santana) with a Peugeot diesel engine. I am looking for brakes for front and rear wheels.. Fronts are Discs and rears are Drums. I don't know what size they are. Can someone please direct me where I can order new pads and shoes.
Thanks
jean-Louis

A 2001 Santana? Hmm. So someone has shoved in a heavy pug engine...first thing I'd do is get bigger front discs, perhaps replace the rear drums for discs too.
If it ticks over...leave it

Am I correct in thinking this is the Grand Vitara with the Pug engine (DW10 - RHZ)

These brake should be available through any motorist shop or online.
