Yeah I imagine the DPC will end up coming off sooner or later... it was free so worth a go :)
waiting to find some plastic/rubber I like (has to be extremely flexible and thin)... also would like it not to smell like turds

Bit more chopping done today but my legs killing and my mrs is sick so priorities are kind of divided!
made a start on the front!
I had to do a lot of chopping on the back to get rid of the piss poor repairs that were there, but on the front I'm just trying to

a) remove the un-necessary lip
b) minimise the amount of chopping
c) make the fronts match the rears

So far I've cut off up to the top of the arch recess, and almost up to the bracket that holds the washer bottle on. Scottie reckons I should cut more off but I can't be arsed ;)
The result is going to be the top of the arch angling up to meet the wing, but Im not really bothered as long as the tyres don't catch on the lip
Ive had a test fit of the plastic arches, and apart from the very front and the very back it doesn't really look noticeable
I'm going to have to be a bit creative with the front corner near the headlight, and remove a bit of the bulkhead and put an angle plate in its place

Right it's got all the wheels on now and got it out of the garage!
Both wheel arches on this side done, about to crack on with number 4
And I might actually rivet my stray sill cover on as well
