LJ 80 Springs

Post by Tonypp » Wed Apr 30, 2014 7:46 am

The LJ 80 rebuild is slowly getting there, most of the running gear stripped and rebuilt but now thinking of springs. The front ones are starting to flex the wrong way so need to make some changes. What can I fit? I was told that the Suzuki 410s will go on. If I have to buy new what make do people rate ( and which to avoid) and where to get them from. Last question, Is it worth the extra cash and go for a 2inch lift set?

Dave @ Llama 4x4 can source springs to any spec from various UK manufacturers.

He's not the cheapest but in my opinion they are very good, I have a set on my Samurai. He can also supply all brake hoses, bushes and u bolts.

Definately worth a phone call, very highly rated by a lot of lads on the forum.
