I'm off work for a week after my standby week.

Will have to pop over and drag you to the pub!

Drop off those tyres for your Dad too.

Can't wait to get it on the road and as I'm not going to be able to ride much Bmx this year there's gonna be a lot of workshop time instead!

Awesome would be good to have some visitors! Bring trotter and Helen as well and we can all go out for a pint!!

Looking good, is it sore today? When do they recommend you start weight bearing again?

Haha nah it's deffo not fat

It's stiff and aches but pain is minimal at the moment, until I do my physio exercises, they hurt a bit!! I am taking a lot of painkillers, anti inflammatories etc. though  I can already put weight on it, they encourage you to try and get off the crutches as soon a possible but most people take 3-7 days, I can actually walk (slowly) already but with restricted movement so I'm gonna stick with the crutches for 2 more days.

It sucks when you get leg injuries. They're among the most crippling, next to back injuries.

I stubbed my toe the other day. Nearly had to amputate, so I know how you feel. :hahaha:
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

 at Ed, not sure a stubbed toe is I the same league as ACL reconstruction and a menisectomy

Took the bandages of last night to swap to a tube grip, gonna have some good scars I think.
