It's not a question of how much you spend on your suzuki, but when your money will run out

so have been slowly pottering away, done a few little things, nothing major. I start up the engine every week, and I noticed today that there was some black stuff coming out of the exaust. it blows a little steam, but I'm not too worried about this. was a little worried about the black stuff, it's like black water coming out, anyone has a clue what it can be?

Mine does this too. I'm pretty sure it's condensed water from the exhaust cooling down washing soot out of the exhaust.
There's three ways of doing things:

The right way,
The wrong way
And my way, which is like the wrong way but faster.

Mines been doing this for as long as I've had it.
I believe it's because its running too rich whilst the choke is on.
That and the condensation as said.
I've got a dirty patch on the road where I always park in the same place :doublethumbs:

picked up two brake calipers today, guy I bought them off said the had been sitting for a long time. pulled them apart, and sliders are not rusted at all, all seals are still in good condition, and the piston are rust free too! well chuffed with them, good to have a few spares, and needed a few of the bits for my existing setup
